Take the powder of 5 cashew nuts with one tablespoon of powdered aswagandha daily at bedtime. Add sprouts of Bengal gram and lentils to your diet. Soak almonds in honey overnight, for use in the morning. Add dates and honey to your daily food. Take 10 gms of aswagandha powder with ghee and honey, followed by a glass of milk every night. Mix the paste of 5 gms of watercress in honey and have it at bed time. Take one tablespoon of liquorice powder with butter in the morning, followed at night by liquorice powder boiled in milk. Boil mucuna pruriens seeds with wheat in milk, cool it, mix with ghee and honey for consumption once a day. Boil 15 gms each of black gram and mucuna pruriens in milk, and take the milk after adding ghee and honey. Boil wheat flour and aswagandha powder in milk, add to your daily diet.
